Snickers Bar Pie – No Bake Recipe

Snickers Bar Pie – No Bake Recipe

This no-bake Snickers pie has a creamy peanut butter and cream cheese filling packed with pieces of chocolate, caramel, nougat, and peanuts. Everything is spooned into a crisp graham cracker crust and finished with more chopped Snickers bars.

The filling takes about 15 minutes to prepare, but the pie needs at least four hours in the refrigerator to become firm enough to slice. It’s an easy make-ahead dessert for summer gatherings, birthdays, or any time you need a rich dessert without turning on the oven.

Snickers Bar Pie - No Bake

No-Bake Snickers Pie Recipe

Prep Time: 15 minutes

Chill Time: 4 hours

Total Time: 4 hours 15 minutes

Yield: 1 9-inch pie, about 8 slices

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces full-fat block cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup creamy peanut butter
  • ¾ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ⅛ teaspoon fine salt
  • 8 ounces frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 4 full-size Snickers bars, chopped and divided
  • 1 prepared 9-inch graham cracker crust
  • Caramel sauce, for drizzling, optional
  • Chopped roasted peanuts, for topping, optional

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Filling

Place the softened cream cheese in a large mixing bowl. Beat with an electric mixer for about 1 minute, until completely smooth.

Add the peanut butter, powdered sugar, vanilla, and salt. Beat on medium speed until evenly combined, stopping to scrape the sides and bottom of the bowl as needed.

  1. Add the Whipped Topping

Fold half of the thawed whipped topping into the peanut butter mixture using a spatula. Once combined, gently fold in the remaining whipped topping.

Mix only until the filling is smooth and no white streaks remain. Beating the whipped topping with the mixer can remove too much air and make the filling less fluffy.

  1. Add the Snickers Bars

Set aside about ½ cup of the chopped Snickers bars for decorating the pie. Fold the remaining pieces into the filling.

  1. Fill the Crust

Spoon the filling into the prepared graham cracker crust. Spread it evenly and smooth the top with a spatula.

Cover the pie without pressing the covering against the filling. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight, until firm.

  1. Decorate and Serve

Before serving, scatter the reserved Snickers pieces over the pie. Add a light drizzle of caramel sauce and chopped peanuts, if desired.

Keep the pie chilled until you’re ready to cut it. For cleaner slices, wipe the knife between each cut.

Snickers Bar Pie - No Bake Recipe

Tips for the Best Snickers Pie

  • Use full-fat block cream cheese. Spreadable cream cheese sold in tubs contains more moisture and can produce a softer filling.
  • Let the cream cheese soften before mixing. Cold cream cheese is difficult to blend and may leave small lumps in the filling.
  • Use regular commercial peanut butter for the most consistent texture. Natural peanut butter can separate and make the filling oily or loose.
  • Thaw the whipped topping in the refrigerator and keep it cold until needed.
  • Chill the Snickers bars before chopping them. Cold candy bars are firmer, less sticky, and easier to cut into small pieces.
  • Give the pie enough time to set. Four hours is the minimum, but an overnight chill produces the cleanest slices.

Can I Make Snickers Pie Ahead of Time?

Yes. Prepare the pie one day before serving, cover it, and keep it refrigerated. Wait until shortly before serving to add the reserved candy pieces and caramel sauce so the topping looks fresh.

How to Store No-Bake Snickers Pie

Keep the pie covered in the refrigerator and serve it within 3 to 4 days. Return it to the refrigerator promptly after serving because the filling contains cream cheese and whipped topping.

For longer storage, freeze the undecorated pie for up to one month. Wrap it securely or place it in a freezer-safe container. Thaw it overnight in the refrigerator, then add the candy and caramel topping before serving.

Zucchini Crust Pizza Easy Recipe (Low-Carb)

Zucchini Crust Pizza Easy Recipe (Low-Carb)

Zucchini crust pizza is a vegetable-forward alternative to traditional pizza dough, made with grated zucchini, eggs, mozzarella, Parmesan, and flour. The crust has lightly crisp edges and a tender, cheesy center that holds your favorite sauce and toppings.

It’s a practical way to use extra zucchini while still enjoying the familiar flavors of homemade pizza. Since the recipe contains flour, it shouldn’t automatically be described as keto or gluten-free, but it may be lower in carbohydrates than a standard flour-based crust.

Zucchini Crust Pizza

Ingredients

For the Crust

  • 3 cups zucchini, shredded and drained

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 tsp salt (or to taste)

  • ¼ cup flour (or almond flour for a low-carb option)

  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese, grated

  • ½ cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

For the Toppings

  • ½ cup pizza sauce

  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

  • ½ cup cheddar cheese, shredded

  • ¼ cup pepperoni

  • Sliced black olives (to taste)

  • Sliced mushrooms (to taste)

  • 1 tsp dried oregano

Instructions

1. Prep the Oven and Pan

  • Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C).

  • Line a 12-inch pizza pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

2. Make the Crust

  • In a large bowl, combine the shredded zucchini, eggs, salt, flour, Parmesan, and mozzarella. Mix until evenly combined.

  • Spread the mixture onto the pizza pan, forming a 10-inch circle about ¼ inch thick.

  • Bake for 14–15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and firm.

3. Add Toppings

  • Lower the oven temperature to 400°F (204°C).

  • Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the crust.

  • Sprinkle with mozzarella, cheddar, and your chosen toppings.

  • Finish with a sprinkle of oregano.

4. Bake Again

  • Return to the oven and bake for 10–15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and melted.

5. Serve

  • Let the pizza cool for a couple of minutes before slicing.

  • Serve warm and enjoy your crispy, flavorful zucchini crust pizza!

Tips for the Best Zucchini Crust

  • Drain the zucchini well: Place the shredded zucchini in a colander, sprinkle with salt, and let it rest for 20 minutes. Then, squeeze out as much moisture as possible with paper towels or a clean kitchen towel.

  • Aim for golden brown: Bake the crust until it’s deeply golden and firm before adding your toppings.

Best Toppings

  • Classic choices: Pepperoni, black olives, mushrooms, sausage, Canadian bacon, bell peppers, onion

  • Creative combos: Pineapple and ham, bacon with mushrooms, or a veggie-loaded supreme

Timing

  • Prep Time: 20 minutes (including zucchini draining)

  • Cook Time: 25–30 minutes

  • Total Time: ~50 minutes

Bacon Gorgonzola Pears Salad

Bacon Gorgonzola Pears Salad

Bacon Gorgonzola Pears Salad recipe is perfect if you want to add more greens to your diet. This tasty and delicious salad is full of the best toppings and balsamic vinaigrette that goes perfectly with it.

We’re in February now, and I hope that many of you still stick to your New Year’s resolutions strongly. This year my resolution is to eat salad on a regular base. This bacon Gorgonzola salad is my choice of the month!

With bacon, everything tastes just heavenly. Every crispy piece of bacon blended with these ingredients will be a joy to your senses. For my taste, the crunchier salad is the better, it’s all about texture for me. Roasted pecans are used for the topping in addition to the lovely crispy bacon. You can use them raw, but if you want you can bake them on a baking sheet for about five minutes.

Most of the salads i make are full of fruits. I love using pears or apples, and since we’re in the season right now i use dried cranberries also. For just the right amount of sweetness

A pound of baby spinach or spring mix are both perfect for the greens on this salad.

Ingredients

For the Salad

  • 8 oz baby spinach or spring mix
  • 2 fresh pears, sliced
  • 1/2 cup pecans
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 to 3/4 cup crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
  • 9 slices bacon, cooked until crisp and crumbled

For the Dressing

  • 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon minced shallot
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons granulated sugar
  • Pinch of salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Toast the pecans.
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Spread the pecans on a baking sheet and toast them for about 5 minutes, or until fragrant. Set aside to cool.
  2. Cook the bacon.
Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crisp. Transfer it to a paper towel-lined plate, then crumble or chop it into bite-sized pieces once cooled.
  3. Make the dressing.
In a small jar or bowl, combine the balsamic vinegar, minced shallot, Dijon mustard, sugar, salt, and black pepper. Shake or whisk until well mixed.
  4. Assemble the salad.
In a large bowl, add the baby spinach or spring mix, dried cranberries, toasted pecans, crumbled Gorgonzola, and bacon.
  5. Add the pears and dressing.
Just before serving, add the sliced pears and drizzle the dressing over the top.
  6. Toss and serve.
Toss gently until everything is lightly coated, then serve right away.

Notes

  • Add the pears right before serving so they stay fresh and don’t brown too quickly.
  • Gorgonzola has a bold flavor, so start with less if you want a milder salad.
  • You can use spring mix for a softer salad or baby spinach for a slightly heartier base.
  • Toasting the pecans makes a big difference and brings out more flavor.
