Mushroom Garlic Noodles Recipe

For this pasta recipe, the whole magic is in the garlic, and you’ll need a lot of it. The garlic is fried and stirred until it reaches that beautiful golden brown color. The oil is mixed with garlic juice and is full of flavor that is incomparable.

Mushroom Garlic Noodles

The key for this spaghetti garlic mushroom recipe is to cook at a high temperature and fast. Like every Asian cooking, that’s the case with this one. So it’s very important to have your noodles cooked and cut mushrooms and ready for the final phase, which will take only about 10 minutes. There is so little work to make this meal, and everyone will love it.

Mushroom Garlic Noodles

Ingredients

  • 1/2 ponds of Egg noodles
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 8 chopped garlic cloves
  • 2 cups of halved button mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of chili flakes
  • Tablespoon of rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons of chili sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon of sesame oil toasted
  • 1/2 cup of green Scallions, chopped

How to make Mushroom Garlic Noodles?

  • Fill the pot with water and add a teaspoon of salt. When the water is at the boiling point, place the noodles in and cook for about 10 minutes or according to package instructions.
  • Whisk together vinegar, soy sauce, chili flakes, sesame oil, and sweet chili sauce in a medium bowl.
  • Add garlic and oil to a wok. Fry and stir until the garlic is golden brown; add mushrooms. Saute the garlic and mushroom on high heat for 2 minutes.
  • Add noodles and sauce together and cook on high heat.
  • Garnish with green scallions if you like, and serve hot.

Ingredients for Red Potato Creamy Soup

  • 1 package of bacon, smoked
  • 1 Green onion
  • 2 celery stalks
  • 1 Carrot, large
  • 2 teaspoon of garlic, minced
  • 2 pounds of red potatoes, sliced in cubes
  • 6 regular size chicken bouillon cubes
  • 8 Tablespoons of butter
  • 12 Tablespoons of flour
  • 4 cups of milk
  • 8 ounces of sour cream
  • 18 ounces of cheddar cheese, separated
  • Pepper and salt
  • Green onions or chives

How to make Red Potato Creamy Soup?

  • Cut previously washed red potatoes into small cubes, and dice the onions, celery and carrot.
  • Over medium heat, cook the bacon in a large pot. Cook to your desired doneness.
  • After the bacon is cooked, place it on a paper towel and press to remove all the excess grease. Chop the bacon coarsely.
  • Leave about 3 tablespoons of bacon fat, drain of all the rest.
  • Add in the celery, onion and carrot and cook for about 6 minutes, or until the onion is translucent. 30 seconds before it’s done add the garlic in.
  • Place in the red potatoes and toss all to coat nicely.
  • Pour in around 50 ounces of water and add 6 normal sized chicken bouillon cubes
  • Cook to a boiling point and reduce the heat and cook until the red potatoes are tender. It should take around 10 minutes more.
  • Mash down some of the potatoes using a potato masher, but leave some chunks.
  • Melt down the butter in another bowl and whisk in the flour slowly. Cook for 60 seconds on medium heat.
  • Add two cups of milk, very slowly, until thickened enough. The milk used should be at room temperature. Season with salt and pepper.
  • For the potatoes: add in 2 more cups of milk, cream mixture, sour cream, green onions or chives, 16 ounces of cheese and one half of previously cooked bacon.
  • Cook and stir slowly, until the cheese is melted nicely.
  • Top each serving bowl with remaining cheese, bacon and chives or onions.

How do I make Death by Chocolate cheesecake?

First, you make the crust using Oreo cookies. Press the Oreo cookies until they’re small, fine crumbs. Add butter and press it on the bottom of a springform pan. Bake it for about 5 minutes and leave it to cool while you’re preparing the filling for the cheesecake.

For the filling, you’ll need about ten ounces of melted bittersweet chocolate. Beat together cocoa powder, cream cheese, and sugar in a small bowl. Mix until they’re smooth. Add in the melted chocolate and eggs and mix. Pour the filling into the Oreo crust and bake. Use dark chocolate ganache for the topping.

Ingredients

For the Oreo crust

  • 10 ounces of Oreo cookies
  • 3 ounces of melted butter

Cheesecake Filling

  • 10 ounces of melted bittersweet chocolate
  • 8 ounces of cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup of sugar
  • 1/2 cup of cocoa powder
  • 4 whole eggs

For the Chocolate Ganache

  • 6 ounces of chocolate, semi sweat
  • 6 ounces of whipping cream
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar

Instructions

  • Heat the oven to 350 degrees F
  • To make the Oreo crust: Pulse the Oreo cookies in a food processor until they are small and fine crumbs. Combine them with butter in a small bowl and stir until they’re mixed well. Take a 9-inch springform pan and grease it. Press the crust mixture to the bottom of the pan and bake for 5 minutes. Leave it to cool while you’re making the filling.
  • For the filling: Melt about 10 ounces of bittersweet chocolate; you can do this using the microwave. Mix the cocoa powder, sugar, and cream cheese using a stand mixer, and beat until smooth. Pour in the eggs and melted chocolate and fold until combined well. Pour the mixture over the already prepared Oreo crust and bake for about one hour. Leave it to cool off on room temperature. Take it out of the springform pan and place it in the refrigerator, covered with plastic wrap. Leave it to refrigerate all night.
  • For the chocolate ganache: Melt together whipping cream, chocolate, and sugar in a microwave oven using a small bowl. Pour over the top of the cheesecake and spread evenly.
