Greek Tzatziki Salad with Pasta

You don’t need many ingredients for this Tzatziki salad. Fresh and crisp cucumbers, kalamata olives, pasta, feta cheese, and cherry tomatoes. And they’re more than enough to bring out the most awesome flavors. Your friends and family will enjoy this Greek delicacy mixed with creamy tzatziki dressing.

Especially on hot summer days, and it goes perfectly with BBQ. We all love summer BBQs because we love spending time together outside. Also, I like to add a sweet taste to this salad by adding fresh dill.

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces of pasta
  • Fresh broccoli 
  • Cup of kalamata olives, sliced
  • 2 diced cucumbers
  • Cup of sliced cherry tomatoes
  • 12 ounces of feta cheese, crumbled
  • 8 ounces of Greek yogurt, low fat
  • 2 ounces of extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • Teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of ground pepper
  • 1 minced garlic clove

Instructions

  • First, prepare the pasta using the instruction provided on the package. It could differ depending on the manufacturer. Or you can use homemade pasta.
  • Rinse and drain the pasta nicely in cold water. Take a large-sized bowl and place the pasta in.
  • Add cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, kalamata olives, and feta cheese.
  • Whisk the Greek yogurt, chopped dill, salt and pepper, garlic, extra virgin olive oil, and lemon juice in another smaller bowl.
  • Take a large bowl and mix it all together—place it in the refrigerator for about one hour before it’s ready to be served.

Although chocolate was not my favorite when I was a kid, snickers changed my mind in that regard. When you combine peanut butter pie with Snickers, you get a delicious pie that is just amazing. And it’s so easy to make.

The time to make this pie is only around 10 minutes. First, you make the graham cracker crust and load it with chopped Snickers bars.

Mixed with nougat, chocolate, caramel, and peanuts. What more could you ask? It’s perfect for parties and gatherings because it’s so easy to make and everyone will ask for more.

No-Bake Snickers Bar Pie Recipe

Ingredients

  • 8 oz heavy cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup of peanut butter, chunky
  • 1 cup of sugar, powdered
  • 8 oz of whipped cream
  • 6 snicker bar chocolates, chopped
  • One graham cracker crust for the pie

Instructions

  • Mix the heavy cream cheese, peanut butter, and powdered sugar in a large bowl. Pour in the whipping cream and snickers. Save some for the topping.
  • Place in graham cracker pie crust and spread equally. Let it rest for about 3 – 4 hours at least before serving.

  • Add flour, eggs, parmesan cheese, zucchini, mozzarella cheese, and a little salt to a bowl and mix it. Move to a pizza pan and spread equally to make a crust. The pan should be 12 inches in diameter. Bake for 14-15 minutes at 450 F, until the crust is lightly brown.
  • Add your favorite toppings, first pizza sauce, then cheese, and place it back in the oven, this time for 10-15 minutes at 400 F.

Zucchini Crust Pizza Recipe

Ingredients

  • Zucchini crust
  • 3 cups of zucchini
  • 2 eggs
  • One teaspoon of salt (Or more, according to your taste)
  • 1/4 cup of flour
  • 1/4 cup of parmesan
  • 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup of pizza sauce
  • 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup of pepperoni
  • Sliced olives, as much as you desire
  • Sliced mushrooms, according to your taste
  • 1 teaspoon of oregano, dried

Instructions

  • Heat the oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Add zucchini, flour, eggs, and salt to a large mixing bowl and mix. Add mozzarella and Parmesan cheese and mix until they are combined well. Take a 12-inch pizza pan and spread the zucchini crust in a circle about 10 inches in diameter. Bake until it’s golden brown color, it should take about 14-15 minutes.
  • After that, remove it, and lower the oven temperature to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Spread the pizza sauce on the zucchini crust and add cheese and all the toppings. Put oregano on the top also and bake until the cheese is bubbly; it should take around 10-15 minutes.
