Classic Deviled Eggs Best Recipe

Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon paprika, plus more for garnish if desired

Instructions

  1. Hard-boil the eggs.
Place the eggs in a pot and cover them with water. Bring to a boil, then cook until hard-boiled. Once done, transfer the eggs to a bowl of ice water and let them cool completely. This makes them much easier to peel.
  2. Peel and slice.
Peel the eggs, then slice them in half lengthwise. Gently remove the yolks and place them in a small bowl. Arrange the egg white halves on a serving plate.
  3. Make the filling.
Mash the egg yolks with a fork or potato masher until fine. Add the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and paprika. Mix until smooth and creamy. If the filling seems too thick, add a little more mayonnaise.
  4. Fill the egg whites.
Spoon the yolk mixture into the egg white halves, or pipe it in with a pastry bag for a neater look.
  5. Finish and serve.
Sprinkle a little extra paprika on top if desired, then serve right away or chill until ready to serve.

What are deviled eggs exactly?

In simple terms, deviled eggs are eggs that are hard-boiled and halved. Removed egg-yolks, blended with other ingredients to make that creamy flavored mix, and then put back into egg-whites.

Although Deviled eggs are usually prepared as appetizers and make great food for parties, you can also refrigerated them for a great snack afterwards. Many people choose to make regular boiled eggs for fast snacks, but deviled eggs are way better!

Creamy Mushroom Chicken With Cheese

Mushroom Chicken With Cheese Recipe

Dinner sitting is one of the most important things for me and a chance to enjoy with my kid. Right after I first made this meal, I had to share it with you because it’s so easy to make. My son and I agreed that this is our favorite meal of this week!

Ingredients

  • 4 pieces of thinly chopped chicken breast
  • 1 Tbsp of Italian spice
  • 2/1 Tbsp of butter
  • 9 ounces of sliced mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup of chicken broth
  • 1/2 of chopped mozzarella cheese
  • Fresh chopped parsley for decoration

How do you make Creamy Mushroom Chicken With Cheese?

  • First, heat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Season the chicken breast with salt, pepper, and spice with Italian seasoning.
  • Add butter to a large skillet at medium-high temperature.
  • Cook till the chicken is nicely browned on both sides.
  • Put in a 10 × 14 inches baking tray.
  • Add mushrooms and chicken soup, and steam until they are softened enough.
  • Bake for 14 minutes, and do not cover.
  • Add the cheese and bake for 5 more minutes until the cheese melts and the chicken is cooked.

How long does it take to bake chicken?

Defrost frozen chicken slowly in the fridge, or it is more quickly defrosted by placing it in a waterproof package or plastic bag and immersing it in cold water.  The time to bake the chicken breast in the oven at 375 degrees Fahrenheit is about 15 to 20 minutes.  To check the internal temperature, you can use a meat thermometer; it should be 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).

What should be the internal temperature of the chicken?

I mostly cook chicken at 355 ° F for 30 to 35 minutes. Take a look at this suggested internal temperature table for cooking meat and baked foods. To make sure chicken breasts are well cooked, use the current digital cooking thermometer or meat for a correct temperature of around 165 degrees Fahrenheit.

Should I cover the chicken with foil?

No, you do not need to cover this meal with foil. Since the chicken is thinly cut, and you brown it on both sides, it is faster to cook this way. Otherwise, if the chicken breasts are thick, they require more time to cook; the foil will help to seal the moisture and cook it evenly.

Ingredients

  • 9 oz pork ribs (250 g)
  • 7 oz potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks or thick slices (200 g)
  • Salt, to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon hot mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon sweet paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • Pinch of ground nutmeg
  • Pinch of black pepper
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons oil
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons water

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the potatoes.
Peel the potatoes, wash them well, and cut them into medium chunks or thick slices. Season lightly with salt.
  3. Arrange the potatoes in the pot.
Pour the oil into a clay pot or baking dish and spread it around the bottom. Add the potatoes in an even layer.
  4. Make the seasoning mixture.
In a small bowl, mix the honey, hot mustard, sweet paprika, turmeric, nutmeg, black pepper, and a little salt until combined.
  5. Season the ribs.
Rub the seasoning mixture all over the pork ribs, making sure they are coated on all sides.
  6. Assemble the dish.
Place the seasoned ribs on top of the potatoes.
  7. Add a little moisture.
Pour 2 to 3 tablespoons of water into the bowl that held the seasoning mixture, stir to loosen any leftover marinade, and pour it into the pot around the potatoes.
  8. Bake covered.
Cover the clay pot with its lid and bake for 30 minutes.
  9. Continue baking.
Remove the pot from the oven, carefully uncover it, spoon a little of the liquid over the ribs, then cover again and return it to the oven for another 30 minutes.
  10. Finish uncovered.
Remove the lid and bake for 15 minutes more, or until the ribs are nicely browned and the potatoes are tender.

Notes

  • If your ribs are a little thicker, they may need a bit more time.
  • A clay pot works especially well here, but a covered baking dish or Dutch oven also works.
  • Spoon some of the pan juices over the ribs before serving for extra flavor.

Bonus Tip

The honey in the seasoning gives the ribs a lightly glossy finish and a subtle sweetness that works really well with the mustard and paprika. It is a small touch, but it makes the dish taste much more special.
