The Best Fried Spaghetti Recipe

The most delicious fried pasta meal is this fried spaghetti. Crispy but delicate noodles are topped with a savory homemade tomato sauce and creamy cheeses.

Ingredients Black pepper Salt Olive oil Onions Tomatoes Cheddar cheese  Spaghetti  Basil (optional)

Boil water, add salt, and cook spaghetti for 10-11 minutes. Prep ingredients: chop onions and seeded tomatoes; grate cheese.


Heat olive oil in a large pan on high. Add onions; cook until browned (5-8 mins). Add tomatoes to the pan, season with salt, and cook on medium-high for 5 mins.


Drain spaghetti and add to the pan. Mix well. Add 1/3 of the cheese, stir, and let sit for 2 mins to crisp the bottom


Repeat previous step twice with the remaining cheese.


Check crispiness; if needed, stir and let sit until desired crispness. Season with salt and pepper.
