Italian Lemon Ricotta Cake Recipe

The Finest Italian Lemon Ricotta Cake! It is the ideal Italian dessert since it is flavorful, fluffy, and lightweight.

Ingredients:  Ricotta cheese  Lemon Butter Sugar  Eggs  Sour Cream Vanilla Extract  Baking soda and salt All-Purpose Flour

Use butter and powdered sugar to grease a 9-inch springform pan. Tap the pan to remove extra sugar.


Mix the sugar and butter in a bowl until smooth. Add in the ricotta cheese and mix for 4-5 minutes.


One at a time, add the eggs and mix. Incorporate the vanilla, lemon juice, zest, baking soda and salt.


Add the flour last and stir just until incorporated (Don't overmix)


Pour the mixture into the springform pan. Bake, the cake on 375F for 50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean


Before serving, allow it to cool and dust it with powdered sugar.
