Homemade Monkey Bread Easy  Recipe

Monkey Bread, beyond its playful name lies a symphony of flavors and textures that beckon you to take just one more piece.

Ingredients: Dough: Water, active yeast, all-purpose flour, salt, vanilla extract, sugar, egg, unsalted butter, whole milk.  Coating: Brown sugar, ground cinnamon, unsalted butter, walnuts (optional).

Combine warm water with yeast and sugar. Let it set until bubbly.

In a mixer, combine flour, salt, sugars, vanilla, egg, milk, yeast, and butter. Knead until smooth.

Let the dough rise until doubled in size.

Form dough into balls, coat in butter and sugar mix, and place in a greased Bundt pan. Let it rise again until doubled.

Bake at 350°F/180°C for 35 minutes. Cool for 10-15 minutes before serving.
