Golden & Crispy Pork Belly Recipe (Oven Roasted)

Ingredients: Pork belly Table salt Soy sauce Shaoxing rice wine Brown sugar Garlic Five-spice powder

Prep: Dry the pork belly skin with a paper towel.


Marinate: Combine ingredients in a bowl. Place pork belly in a pan, ensuring only the meat touches the marinade. Adjust marinade if too high. Chill for hours or overnight.


Bake: Set oven to 350°F. Prepare a roasting pan with foil, water, and a wire rack. Position pork belly levelly and cover skin with table salt.


Bake in the oven's upper section for 40 minutes.


Crisp: After removing, set oven to 465°F. Discard the salt crust and clean the skin. Bake for another 30 minutes until skin is crisp.
