Ingredients:  4 lamb chops 1 Tbsp of olive oil 5 garlic cloves 2 tsp chopped rosemary 2 tsp of fresh parsley 1.5 tsp of oregano salt and pepper, to your liking

Season your lamb chops well with salt and pepper

Take a small bowl and add garlic, olive oil, all the herbs you've prepared, mix nicely to combine.

Add lamb chops to the herb marinade in a freezer or silicone bag. Close tightly and marinate for at least 4 hours.

Heat a dry 12-inch skillet over medium heat and cook until the fat has melted nicely. It should take 10-12 minutes.

Cook for about 3 more minutes, till it's nice and brown, then flip and cook on the other side and cook 3 more minutes.

Move the chops to a platter and garnish with additional fresh herbs. Before serving, allow lamb chops to rest for 10 to 15 minutes.
