The Best California Burritos with Carne Asada

These burritos are filled with Mexican French Fries, tender, marinated Carne Asada, cheese, and salsa.!

Ingredients: – Carne Asada – Pepper Jack Cheddar – Fries – Salsa – Pineapple Carne Asada: – Marinade: Soy, Orange, Brown sugar, Smoke – Spice Mix: Cumin, Garlic, Paprika, Chilli, Onion, Cayenne Avocado Cream: – Avocado – Cream – Mayo – Lime

Prepare Spice Mix in a container. Combine marinade in a ziplock with some Spice Mix. Add steak, seal, and refrigerate 3-12 hours.


Create Spice Rub with remaining Mix and oil. Dry steaks, rub, rest 30-50 mins. Grill on medium-high 5-6 mins/side to 130-135°F. Let sit 10 mins, then slice.


Blend Avocado Crème ingredients and chill. Prepare fries. Grease and heat grill to medium. Grill pineapple 7-9 minutes each side, then chop.


Cook marinated carne asada and grill pineapple. Optionally, warm tortillas in foil at 350°F for 10 minutes.


Assemble burritos with carne asada, fries, cheese, avocado crème, salsa, and pineapple.
