Hi Lisa! So glad you and your family loved it! Great call on the onion flakes—sometimes a simple swap works just as well. And pan-fried green beans sound like the perfect side. Thanks for sharing your tweaks, and I’m so happy it’s a repeat for you!

Also had to cook it 10min longer in my airfyer. Didn’t have cayenne pepper and used onion flakes in stead of the powder (because I didn’t have onion powder. According to me, I think it tasted just as good ). iI served it with pan-fried green beans…my family loved it! Thanks for sharing your recipe. Will definately make it again.

Does your fryer have a grate at the bottom that’s removable for cleaning? If it does, you can take out the wire. It’s just for double-layer cooking or dishes that need more airflow on the bottom side.

It’s so easy and so good, others were right the pork turns out so moist. We will enjoy this dish often!

I used plain paprika instead of smoked. The cayenne gave it the perfect kick. I used a 1 lb pork tenderloin and the 20 mins of cook with 5 rest was perfect. My husband and I loved it. The 4 and 7 year-old kids asked us to cut the crust off and then ate their whole plate and asked for more. We will make this one again! Great recipe.
